After creating your personalized Professional Learning Networks inventory (I did mine visually in the previous post) you can assess the overall quality and balance of your PLNs. Remember: what goes into your practice is what comes out. If you are exposing yourself to high-quality content and engaged in activities that are generative with other people, you're much more likely to have a higher-quality practice. Creating a plan so that you can develop your PLNs with intention is a key to getting the most out of them.
